Are you passionate about hospitality, retail, or events and eager to take on a leadership role? We’re looking for a driven, hardworking, and experienced individual to join our team as the Assistant Manager at Yolk Farm – a vibrant, independent business that thrives on excellence!

What You’ll Do:

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You’ll be hands-on, helping manage our retail and hospitality operations, and you’ll step up to lead in the GM’s absence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring others, working in a fast-paced environment, and playing a key role in growing a dynamic business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, retail, or events management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and going above and beyond.
  • Ability to work weekends (5 days over 7), with flexibility for occasional evening shifts during events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Supervising/management experience: 2 years (preferred)
  • Hospitality/restaurant/bar management: 1-2 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Driving Licence: preferred, but not essential
